Description

Added ProdE MCP Server to Readme.md

Motivation and Context

Your 24/7 production engineer that preserves context across multiple codebases

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested with LLM Clients
Tested with integration to existing coding agents
Cursor
Augment Code
Github Copilot
Windsurf
RooCode
Cline,etc.

Breaking Changes

Users will have to update their configs to add ProdE MCP
